Her 480 HP Yanmar engine provides plenty of power with cruising speeds up to 25 knots while her 3.5 foot draft and protected keel/running gear allow her to pull up to beaches and sandbars other yachts can only dream of!
Originally built by Pearson Yachts in Rhode Island, True North was inspired by the traditional lobster boats used by commercial fishermen in New England. The transom doors are a feature not found anywhere else and are ideal for swimming, diving, disembarking/boarding at the beach and even allow for dinghy storage!
